Services Offered & About
Weekly Personal Chef Service
Imagine coming home to a fridge stocked with vibrant, delicious meals tailored specifically to your family’s health goals and taste buds—without a single dish for you to wash.
As both a Professional Chef and Registered Dietitian, I bridge the gap between “healthy eating” and “culinary joy.” I handle the mental load of meal planning and the physical labor of cooking, so you can reclaim your evenings!
How It Works
- Custom Meal Planning: Every week, I design a menu based on your family’s dietary needs, allergies, and preferences. Whether you are managing a medical condition, simply want to eat healthier, or just give you help from the business of life, I ensure every bite is nutritionally balanced and delicious.
- The Grocery Run: Forget the crowded aisles. For a small flat fee , I hand-select the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and bring them directly to your home.
- In-Home Culinary Experience: I arrive at your home on a scheduled day to prepare your meals
- The “Clean Kitchen” Guarantee: My goal is to leave your kitchen better than I found it. After the cooking is done, I package and label your meals with clear reheating instructions, sanitize my workspace, and slip away—leaving behind only the aroma of a home-cooked meal.
Why Choose a Chef-Dietitian?
Most meal services offer one or the other: great taste or great nutrition. By choosing Leanne T Nutrition services, you get the best of both worlds. You benefit from nutrition expertise to support your long-term wellness and the culinary arts that ensures you actually look forward to every meal.
Your Investment in Wellness
To help you plan, here is the typical investment for weekly, dietitian-led meal preparation services:
| Component | Typical Investment | What’s Included |
| Professional Labor | $225 – $300 | Custom menu design, in-home preparation of multiple meals, packaging, and a full kitchen sanitize. |
| Grocery Shopping | $25 Flat Fee | Hand-selection of the freshest ingredients from your preferred market, delivered directly to your kitchen. |
| Ingredients | At Market Cost | Transparent pricing. You pay exactly what the grocery charges for the ingredients used in your meals. |
Most clients find that the elimination of meal planning, grocery runs, and kitchen cleanup saves them 5–8 hours per week—giving you back your evenings for what matters most.

Grocery Store Tours
Shop Like a Pro, Eat Like a Gourmet
Most grocery trips are a chore; ours are a masterclass! Join a Registered Dietitian and professionally trained Chef for an immersive, aisle-by-aisle transformation of how you fuel your body. We make the connection of “nutrition facts” and “delicious meals,” showing you exactly how to fill your cart with confidence.
What’s Included in the Tour:
- Label Decoding 101: Stop being fooled by “natural” or “healthy” marketing. Your RD will teach you how to read the fine print, understand ingredient lists, and manage specific dietary needs.
- The Chef’s Secret Selection: Learn how to pick the perfect produce, identify the best cuts of meat, and find high-quality pantry staples that professional kitchens swear by.
- The “3-Meal” Strategy: We don’t just look at ingredients; we build meals. Your Chef will show you how your groceries can turn into three distinct, restaurant-quality dinners with minimal prep.
- Budget-Friendly Wellness: Discover how to prioritize your spending, when to buy frozen, and how to utilize bulk sections to lower your weekly bill without sacrificing quality.
We believe that food should be your medicine, but it should never taste like it.
Investment: $195, with options for group rates
The average family wastes $1,500 a year on groceries they don’t use. This tour pays for itself by teaching you how to buy only what you’ll actually cook.
